Cyber Security Awareness Training Terms

The following Terms apply to our Cyber Security Awareness Training programme. You agree to these terms (including any updates). In addition, Swerve’s Standard Terms of Trade will always apply, and if there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Standard Terms, the Cyber Security Awareness Training Terms will prevail.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your subscription if your use of the programme violates these terms.

Other Information

  • There is no minimum fixed term.

  • Your subscription can be cancelled by giving us 7 days’ notice. You’ll need to pay any outstanding balance on your account when your subscription ends.

  • Fair use policy:
You must use our programme fairly and you agree to use it in a way that is not overly excessive or unreasonable. This policy is based on the objective of the programme, which is to keep staff aware of ever-changing cyber threats and to help continually improve the security posture of the business. The programme has been designed to keep cyber security top of mind by sharing information in short, accessible lessons. The course is most effective when staff participate in monthly lessons, rather than being overloaded with multiple lessons in quick succession.
If we, acting reasonably and in good faith, believe your use is excessive and unreasonable, we may need to restrict your subscription or stop providing it to you.

  • Our programme is intended for use by you and your business. The cyber security business toolkit assets may not be shared outside of you and your staff.

  • If we give you instructions for using our programme, you must follow them.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us on cyber@swerve.nz.
