Swerve have provided Practec with IT support for over 10 years. We have a dedicated point of contact (Tim) who has been our IT guru for this entire time enabling consistency of service. We use Swerve to advise on all aspects of IT. Whenever problems have arisen, one phone call / email can be made and Swerve step in and resolve it immediately irrespective of the hour or day. We have shifted premises 3 times in the last 11 years and Swerve has taken control and shifted all the IT hardware & software without the Company losing any down time as a result.
